Description

Citizen complaining about infestation of worms and caterpillars that eat off the tree and make a slim all over the place and he states it is disgusting. He said the City has power washed the sidewalks previously. He will like to discuss this in person with an Arborist. He also would like to know when another city tree will be pruned that was place on a list.
