Description
Hello. I submitted a work order for this (Request: DPW000016827) and it was closed even though the large item of garbage is still alongside the sidewalk. There's a temporary sign on Williamsburg Ave on the westbound side a short distance east of the railroad tracks. The sign was put up for a work zone. Sheet of material is a short distance east of the temporary sign and is easily seen from sidewalk. I checked the Richmond GIS and it appears this land belongs to Parks & Rec. Dispose please.
