    Tree of concern is on private property or is in the alley. Arborist explained to the resident that the city does not maintain trees in the alley or that are on private property. The arborist went on to explain that the tips of the tree are within 10ft of the primary distribution lines and by OSHA standards city crews cannot work within 10ft of these wires.
