    Tree of concern is either an alley tree or on private property. The tips of the tree are within 10ft of the primary distribution line. Arborist explained to the resident that the city does not maintain trees in alley or on private property. Arborist went on to explain that city crews cannot work within 10ft of the primary distribution lines by OSHA standards.
