Description

Tree is dangerous and dying. Trunk is falling off and rotting. Every rain large limbs fall. Many young children live on the block and I’m terrified something will fall when they are playing. I’ve submitted several requests. A team came to look at it 2-3 months ago, then last week my request DPW000024722 was closed and marked as completed. I have no idea why
