Description

Someone requested tree wells to be planted along the 2400 Block of East Franklin - SOUTH SIDE OF STREET FRONTING POHLIG BOX FACTORY. I respectfully ask that these tree wells are NOT INSTALLED as it is not something the property owner would like at this time. If we have to maintain these sidewalks during inclimate weather, we should have input on whether tree wells are installed on said sidewalk.
