Description
tennis courts Westover Community Center, 1301 Jahnke Road, Richmond, VA 23235 [South]. Grass and trees in, between and around tennis courts are completely over grown and out of control. This situation constitutes a safety and health hazard for all, but especially for children using the courts. Courts are poorly maintained.
