Met with resident on site. Bees/wasps are on her car attracted to droplets of unidentified substance on hood and windshield. No bees observed on the tree. Bees feeding on the car are nonaggressive, arborist was able to move freely within a few inches of them, and all during the site inspection. Tree is healthy and in good condition, no services warranted at this time.Urban Adopt-A-Tree
