Description

Citizen states the alley is higher than her property line and when it rains they can not walk in there backyard, their backyard gets flooded because home is on the end of the alley.

    citizen states that nothing still hasn't been done, they would like to know when the work will be done, there property is being flooded, alley is lower than yard, no outlet for the water to get out.

    The Alley was paved but the know drainage. alley the ctiizen is at the end of the road alley the water dumps into her yard and she has to were boots to take her trash out. citizen states she has been complaining for six years. please meet her when the inspector comes out so she can show them what is happening
