Description

There are several potholes on Kensington Ave near Nansemond that were poorly repaired earlier this year and the holes have returned. Additionally there are several new potholes in the same location. The holes are DEEP and they are spread across most of the east bound lane. In order to avoid them one much cross the double yellow line and drive into the west bound lane.
