Description
The alley in the 2100 block of Floyd (between Rowland and Shields - the side of the street where the addresses are odd numbers) - this is the alley around where Federal Park is - is in desperate need of repair. There are many potholes where the rain has washed out the alley and it is getting very difficult to drive through. Thank you so much in advance for your help.
