Description
Heading East on Newton Road between Hatcher St and New Osborne Tnpk, the signs are not just crooked, but crooked in a big way. Heading West, its hard to see the Richmond City Limits sign and impossible to see the Litter Fine sign due to vegetation. Large bags of trash right under the Litter Fine sign opposite side. Also, a branch has been hanging for so long its now on Google Maps https://tinyurl.com/newtonroad1
