Description

An apartment building on Kensington has been under construction for months. During this construction, the road was dug up and has been temporarily filled in. This 'temporary' fill has been this way for months, with frequent potholes developing due to rain. Additionally, the construction zone has extended into the street, causing it to not be passable for both directions of traffic. I could understand if they took up the width of a parking spot, but it extends fully into the street. Unacceptable.
