Description

I just submitted a request for tree pruning yesterday and the request was closed without the work being completed. I have been attempting to get this tree trimmed since MAY. This is gross negligence and dishonesty on the part of the city engineers. There is a very large, overgrown tree right outside of the 3009 Park Avenue building. Branches are hanging into the resident balconies and on top of the building stairway. It is difficult to walk up the stairs of the building.
