Description

and has a huge rut that was created by Richmond city October of 2017 when they graded but stopped short of my dead end alley property. This caused an inability to access my property and alley flooding for over a year!! I reported this in person the next day! I have had no ability for recycling to pick up the past YEAR AND 9 MONTHS!!!! My property cannot be accessed by my back gate because I cant drive to it!! A1B1
