Description

Stop signs are needed on 2nd Ave as it intersect with Magnolia St. There are too many accidents or near accidents because of the blind spots with the parked cars surrounding the intersection. In addition, many people do not follow the speed limit on 2nd. Attached is a picture of an accident because there is no stop sign; from 7/30/2019.
