republic services pick up the trash and dump trash all over the ground after repeated conversations with the company they refuse to do anything about cleaning this mess up 4 containers and exchange alley continue to be a constant source of unhealthy living in the Richmond City truly disgraceful. if this is the best that we can show guest of our city we are one poor excuse of human beings. something has to be done about this company and their procedures and lack of concern about health.
