citizen is requesting no parking signs on the south side of the road where hardy st meets rhoadmiller st heading east. citizen states that there has been a few accidents in the area in the past 6 months because the cars that park there blocks the line of sight for oncoming traffic. citizen would also like to be contacted, if possible, to further explain the placement of the signs.
