Description

Someone has dug a large hole and put up flex fencing. This hole is now filled with water and dangerously close to our apartment. I am with the property owner. Trying to find out what is going on. The hole has been filled in my Dominion Energy, however the sidewalk is now a trip hazard. Please let me know when this can be scheduled to be fixed.
