Description

Dangerous intersection at Honaker and Three Chopt due to speeding drivers on Three Chopt and large privacy hedges at the intersection that impair the ability to see oncoming traffic until it is very near the person trying to turn. Looking for some reasonable solutions to control speeds and create more visibility for pedestrians and drivers.
