Location was inspected by William Carroll -, I think the address of this location is 2525 Hanover Ave. The owner of the restaurant did not answer the phone and I was not able to leave a message. (voice messages were full). I left a business card in his door to give me a call, just to make sure that I was at the right address. The location has 20 feet by 20 feet of damage. It is rated as a (26). If this address is correct, then we will have to sendit to Mr. D. Rivers in DPU, because it is a damaged (sewer) basin

spoke to Ms. Polly with DPW; requests were placed; checking on the status of the two requests. Caller is concerned about the condition of the area of concern. Safety concern... Per Ms. Mallory she will touch base with Mr. Carroll and determine if request has been sent over to DPU to Mr. Rivers; someone will give citizen a call once this is determined.
