Description
I am writing to provide notification of a dangerous publicly owned tree near 4410 Stuart Avenue. The Tree ID is 78123 and the species is Ulmus Americana. This tree has significant rotting to a branch an independent arborist expert who I engaged estimates to weigh over 1000 pounds. Should the limb fall which I am being told is imminent given the internal rot and trunk discoloration, it would cause significant property damage, injury or worse. Additionally, there are many elderly and children citizens who frequently walk play under this troublesome limb. This correspondence serves as formal notice of this dangerous situation and successful transmission will be used as confirmation that the city is aware of the independent expert analysis of the situation and assumes all liability for any future damages caused by this tenuous situation.
