Description

I’m concerned about potential personal & property risks arising from sections of broken/upended concrete gutter in front of my house (5305 Toddsbury) and the home of my neighbor, Mary Massie, who lives at 5306 Toddsbury. I have attached 3 photos. The first 2 show the broken gutter in front of my house (5305 Toddsbury). The third shows the broken gutter in front of 5306 Toddsbury.
