Description

I live at 13 Maxwell Road. We have three large city trees out front. The center one has a LARGE dead branch on its north side. It has shed its small twigs and branches and has lost lots of its bark. I am afraid the entire limb will come down and either damage a car or injure or hurt a person. The branch very heavy -- about one foot in diameter where it leaves the main trunk.
