Please reference Request: DPW000027558. This repair was noted as completed and closed. I don't know what alternative universe this repair was made in...but it CERTAINLY wasn't completed in Richmond, Va. NOTHING has happened on this road to repair the countless failing asphalt on Hathaway Road between Forest Hill and Longview Drive. I cannot read the Engineer's or Supervisor's comments.
