Citizen called back today to see why the sign hasn't been removed yet.

Need a handicap sign removed because her mother passed away. She rec'd an email that the request was closed. She called on 7-22-19. The sign hasn't been removed to date and the concern is that they will now be ticketed if they park there without a handicap placard which was turned in once her mother passed. (Spoke to Ms. Mallory advised her that the request was closed with no comments on the status; she will look into it she advises in City Works the notation states sign will be removed so she will send notation to the Sup. to followup on the status of the removal of the handicap sign)
