Description
Please install a concrete sidewalk btwn the crn of Hathaway/Old Westham Roads and Hathaway Tower Condos. There is currently dirt/mud to walk through, always parked cars to navigate around (esp. in front of 2922 Hathaway since their parking lot is ON the sidewalk), as well as an over-sized advertising sign (Dance Service Cent) to walk around. Hazardous to all pedestrians. I have seen an older woman with a walking stick step onto the road to be safer than walking on the current sidewalk. Thanks.
