Description

Sidewalk across 25th St. from #125 sidewalk is severely heaved up from root growth. It is a dangerous trip hazard and water pools creating a ice slip hazard in winter. I submitted tia previously on April 5 #000023372, but no action on has been taken and I have had no notification of whether the city will address the issue.
