Description

Depression/sinkhole in front of 10 N. Thompson St. On May 28 I submitted request DPW000027471 to have a pothole fixed at the above address. By the time it was fixed around July 17 there was another one not 3 feet away at the same address. Why didn't the crew fix both of them? Was it because I only specified 1 at that location? I am now requesting that you send someone back to fix the other depression.
