Description

Sidewalk is on the west side of Retreat Doctors' Hospital on N. Mulberry St. between Grove and Floyd Avenue. Retreat has its hyperbaric treatment facility/Wound Healing Center entrance on this side of the hospital. Many of these wound patients have disabilities and problems traversing this sidewalk, which is badly in need of repair. The sidewalk is extremely hazardous.
