Description
The medium to large "volunteer" tree growing in the alley has caused damage to my home and needs to be trimmed or removed as soon as possible. The alley is regularly used for vehicular traffic and is a principle thoroughfare where trucks are permitted. The City of Richmond Tree Ordinance (No. 92-231-227), states "It shall be the responsibility of the controlling agency to maintain trees on dedicated or unimproved streets."
