Description

Across from 2209 E. Main at 22nd Street there is an area where the pavement has washed away. I had to have my car towed in order to get once I had parked on that side. I have also witnessed at least two other cars being towed from the "giant crater". Parking spaces are at a premium in this area and this problem has eliminated at least two to three parking spaces.
