Description

The alley does not drain. It cannot be driven down due to major overgrowth and drainage with the tiniest bit of drain. It cannot be driven down without a four wheel drive vehicle. The gullies are so large you could lose a car in them. It needs a full re-grading of the entire alley. It needs a drainage ditch or system put in as well so it will not puddle up and lake.
