Description

Beside 1502 W 45th St. Devonshire continues East and becomes a heavily-travelled alley running behind the skilled nursing facility. In addition, traffic exiting the alley and continuing West on Devonshire Rd. is obscured by vegetation. Heavy trucks, visitors, and staff of the Skilled Nursing facilty use this route regularly, and most fail to slow or stop to see whether there is any traffic on W 45th before they continue. The result is an accident with injury waiting to happen.
