Description

There is a large tree at the corner of Marshall and Sheppard Streets in Scott’s Addition. We’ve looked at this before. It is hollow on the inside with a slit down the trunk that is about 3’ – 4’ long. People are using it as a trash receptacle. In a strong wind storm, it can possibly blow over and do some significant damage.
