Description
There should be a sign going into shockoe slip that the road becomes one lane. The light at S 14th Street is far too short and shockoe slip becomes completely standstill because of drivers trying to merge when there isn’t movement. A comprehensive retaining of all the traffic lights downtown is badly needed. Too often the lights don’t allow for actual flow of traffic and it created unnecessary traffic downtown. It shouldn’t take 20+ minutes to travel less than 3 miles
