Description

I have made previous submissions to Richmond City Parks in reference to falling /dead trees and safety issues but have not received a response. We have a serious problem with dead limbs and trees that increase the chance of injuries to people and damage to property. The City is aware of these trees but has done nothing which I suspect would represent a major liability to the City if there is injury or property damage.
