Description

Garfield Road, onto Traylor Road, onto HobbyHill road - we have areas where the road seems to be caving in. I am not sure best way to explain it. There is no pothole so pictures don't really show the problems very well. But there are multiple sections where it is like reverse speed bump - creates a deep ditch type issue in the road - as if something beneath the road is giving way or eroding.
