Description

23225 Message: Please take care of the dead trees planted last year and never watered. In the middle of Bliley Road off of Forest Hill Ave, 4 small trees were planted in two raised areas. All of the trees died quickly as no one from the city ever returned to water them. We have enough noise, speeding and problems on Bliley without this mess of dead trees adding to it
