Description

There is a dead pine tree at 4242 N. Kinsley Avenue that could fall and damage private property. The tree needs to be safely removed before there is a serious storm that knocks the tree out and causes damage.

    Tree is healthy and in good condition, stabile root buttress. Resident wants the tree to be topped because of it's size, her neighbors feel the tree is dangerous as well, they seemed unswayed by my opinion that the tree is safe.
