Description

Ms. Phipps stated she spoke with an Arborist that was going to assist her with a sick tree that is at her daughter's house. Ms. Phipps stated when she lived in Henrico the Arborist helped her all the time with her trees. I told Ms. Phipps I wasn't sure which Arborist she spoke with but I will give them the message and have someone to call her back.
