Description
The Street Pavement has approx. 5-6 holes around Hull Street Road & E 20th Street, Richmond, VA 23224 THRU Hull Street & E. & W. Pilkington St. The holes are in the middle of the road nearest to the double yellow lines. These holes are most noticeable between Hull Street Road in the location I have mentioned when traveling towards Hull St and Midlothian Tnpk. intersection.
