Description

Sam Lilly about the dead trees that the city planted in front of my address last year. Every attempted email gets rejected by Mr. Lilly's email server. PLEASE pass this on to him: Hello, I was given your contact info by David Liddiard in Bellevue. I am reaching out to you about 7 trees that were planted along the sidewalk last year in front of my address, 3812 Teakwood Ave. As usual with contractors hired by the city, the trees were not dug in deep enough
