Description

Alley shared between Chamberlayne and 2900 block of Hawthorne Ave has been reported for repair for 1.5 years. Gravel was finally placed down a week ago but only in 1/3 of the alley! The alley also was not properly graded so it still completely floods when it rains and is a mosquito resort. Please FIX this instead of doing a half way job.
