Description
The light does not change during rush hour causing people to run the red light to get to work on time. Numerous requests have been made with Richmond Public Works with no reply. The light is the one going straight through the intersection to the McGuire Medical Center on E. Belt Boulevard crossing over Broad Rock Road. Again numerous requests have been made to Public Works by phone with the message promising a confirmation and no response has been provided.
