Description

Caller states city/contract workers came by and sprayed herbicide in the tree well near the intersection of N Lombardy and Hanover Ave and sprayed so much that it not only killed the weeds, but it also killed the young tree. The tree has not been replaced or removed. Caller is very upset that the workers sprayed so much herbicide to kill the tree and wanted to make a complaint to DPW.
