- Staff · July 22, 2019Citizen met with Arborist Michael Staton and Janine Lester. He was given a claims form and no damage to his property was observed. The tree had been struck by lightning; however, the wound is not an immediate concern and is in healthy condition. Michael Staton contacted Dominion Energy to see if they would prune the damaged lead due to the presence of wires.
