Description

Good morning Mr. Chupek; I’m contacting you regarding a resident that lives at 605 N. 38th St. She is very distressed that a very large tree in the alley behind her home is posing a danger to property and safety. It’s over grown and heavy and she fears that the next storm will bring it down.

    Comments from Arborist M. Staton: At this point the alley way is not blocked. With today’s wind, etc this could change. The tree is in the easement or on private property. I explained to the resident in person around the date listed below and today by phone that unless the alley is blocked we can’t remove the tree. Thanks!
