Description

Sidewalk bordering property on Moss Side Avenue is not level. Used by students at Mary Scott Elementary and handicap neighbors. Handicap neighbors must then use the street which poses a traffic issue and danger to person. Sidewalk also floods during minor precipitation causing personal property damage.
