Description
2nd request. There are two (2) city trees bordering property on Moss Side Avenue. Tree 1: There are a few dead limbs which have been falling onto personal property with recent storms and are covering power lines. Tree 2: low hanging branches. Branches are low enough to block sidewalk and touch personal property. Additionally, branches are making way into driving area of street (not blocking street but cars parking or driving under hit tree limbs). Photo from 2018
